The procedure went well, and I was able to get in quickly when I felt a lot of pain a few days after the surgery due to a dry socket. The secretary(Sam) is not welcoming and same for dental team member, Darlene! I used to be a dental assistant and have a lot of dental knowledge, so don't tell me that the pain I'm feeling after a week is normal. It's awful that I'm scared to call back if ever I would need to because of those 2 staff members. Most patients feel a great deal of anxiety when it comes to dental procedures.
